The onboarding steps
1. Message the agent on WhatsApp or Telegram and say you want to join. 2. Install ClubGG on Windows, Mac, iOS or Android and create a GGPass account. 3. Search Club ID 975671 inside the app and send a join request. 4. The agent approves it, usually within minutes, and walks you through the lobby.
Support after you join
The agent remains your point of contact for table selection, understanding club formats (Rush & Cash, MTT, Omaha, Short Deck), scheduling private tables for your own group, and any technical issue with the desktop or mobile client.
Communication is in Hebrew or English, in real time, without ticket systems.
