Support — What the App Operator Handles and What a Club Handles

Support here is split across two completely separate parties, and knowing which one to contact saves hours. The operator of the app handles your account and anything technical. An independent club — ours, for example — handles join requests and questions about that club. Neither handles money on your behalf.

    • App operator: account creation, sign-in problems, app faults, disconnections, account security
    • Independent club: join requests, club rules, table schedule, conduct reports inside the club
    • Money is not a service of ClubGG or GGPoker; any arrangement between members sits outside the app
    • There is no fixed response time on either side — anyone promising one cannot control it
    • Write disputes with hand number, table, time and a screenshot
    • 21+ only, and we never ask for your password or account access

What an independent club can help with

Everything about membership of that club: sending and reviewing a join request, the club rules, which tables and tournaments the club runs, and complaints about another member's conduct inside the club.

A club can act on collusion or chip-dumping reports, because clubs can review their own members. Report with specifics — hand numbers and times — since a general accusation cannot be investigated.

What only the app operator can fix

Sign-in failures, app crashes, corrupted installs, account security and any ruling governed by platform policy are matters for the operator. A club cannot restore a hand or change a platform rule, and anyone claiming otherwise is overstating their role.

For anything touching account security — a suspected compromise, an unfamiliar sign-in — go to the operator first and change your password immediately, then tell the club. No club representative ever needs your password.

    What neither side handles

Deposits, withdrawals, payouts and balances are not services offered by ClubGG or GGPoker. Where members make arrangements between themselves, those sit outside the app, are not operated, guaranteed or endorsed by the platform, and are subject to local law and the app's current terms.

For that reason no one — us included — can promise you a timeframe or an outcome for anything financial.

How to write a message that gets solved

Include the hand number or table name, the exact time with your timezone, your screen name, what you expected, and what happened instead. Attach a screenshot. A message containing those five things is usually resolved in one reply; a message saying "the table broke" starts three rounds of questions.

Keep the exchange in one written channel. If something is agreed verbally, ask for a one-line written confirmation. It costs nothing and it is the only thing that helps if the matter reopens.
