    Six tools. One complete picture.

Each tool answers a different question — together they give you pro-level analytical precision.

    Hand-by-hand analysis

    Hand History Replayer

Replays every hand you played: pre-flop, flop, turn, river — with stack sizes, position, action history and timing. The core tool for reviewing critical decisions and spotting recurring leaks.

    • Auto / step-by-step playback
    • Decision tags (Good / Bad / Neutral)
    • Compare vs a GTO baseline
    Performance over time

    Session Analyzer

Charts of results, all-in EV, win-rate and variance by stake, hour and table position. Identifies profitable hours, strong game types and situations where you played below your EV line.

    • EV line vs actual
    • Split by position and stakes
    • Separate variance from skill edge
    Positional profile

    Positional Stats

VPIP, PFR, 3-Bet%, C-Bet%, WTSD and Won$WSF per position (UTG → BB). Shows where your opening range is too wide, where your 3-Bet is missing and where showdown value is low.

    • Heatmap across all 9 seats
    • Compared to winning-reg benchmarks
    • Outlier alerts
    Opponent intel

    Opponent Insights

Automatic profile for every opponent you meet: cumulative stats, common tendencies and auto-tagging (TAG / LAG / Nit / Fish). Full exploitation of the player pool.

    • Smart auto-tagging
    • Head-to-head history
    • Targeted exploit suggestions
    Distance from GTO

    GTO Deviation Report

A weekly report showing where your decisions deviated meaningfully from a GTO baseline — with focused recommendations on which spots to drill first in a solver.

    • Top 10 leaks by EV loss
    • Focused practice suggestions
    • Track improvement over time
    MTT / tournaments

    Tournament Analytics

ICM equity, recommended push/fold ranges, bubble factor and final-table decisions. The central tool for MTT players who want to maximize ROI and track ITM% and average finish.

    • ICM analysis per stage
    • Push/Fold trainer
    • Cumulative ROI tracking

6 metrics every player must read

These are the KPIs you look at first — they tell 80% of the story about your playing style.

    VPIP

Percent of hands you entered voluntarily. Measures opening range width.

    PFR

Percent of preflop raises. Measures aggression and initiative.

    3-Bet%

Preflop re-raise frequency. Measures your willingness to pressure openers.

    C-Bet%

Continuation bet on the flop after a raise. Measures holding the initiative.

    WTSD

Went to Showdown — the share of hands that reached showdown.

    Won$WSF

Profit when you saw the flop — a proxy for post-flop quality.

    Weekly workflow — 6 steps

How winning regs actually work with PokerCraft: from a collection routine to measuring improvement.

    01

    Collect data for 2–4 weeks

A minimum of 5,000–10,000 hands before conclusions become statistically meaningful. A small sample = noise.

    02

    Review the Session Analyzer

Find hours and stakes where the EV line drops. Usually tied to tilt, fatigue or an unsuitable player mix.

    03

    Split by position

Check VPIP/PFR/3-Bet for each of the 9 seats. Deviations of more than 5% from baseline are clear leaks.

    04

    Run the GTO Deviation Report

Focus on the top 5 leaks by EV loss. Those are the fixes with the highest immediate impact.

    05

    Drill spots in a solver

Load the hand into a solver, review the optimal solution and turn it into a habit through daily drills.

    06

    Measure improvement after 30 days

Compare the same KPIs before and after. If the metric improved — move on to the next leak.

    Frequently asked

What to know before you start working with the tools.

    What is PokerCraft?
PokerCraft is an analytics suite built into the platform — replayer, player stats, session analysis and opponent intel. Comparable to external trackers like PT4/HM3, but runs natively without a separate download.
Do I need a subscription, or is it free?
Basic tools (Replayer, Session summary, basic positional stats) are available to all players. Advanced features like the GTO Deviation Report and Opponent Insights usually require VIP activity or a certain Fish Buffet tier.
    Does it replace a solver?
No. PokerCraft identifies where the problems and problematic spots are. The solution (how to play them) still requires solver work — GTO Wizard, PioSolver or MonkerSolver.
Are these tools legal on every platform?
Yes — the official built-in tools are allowed at every table. External HUDs, on the other hand, are banned during real-time play on some platforms. Use only the official tools while playing.
How many hands until the data is meaningful?
5,000 hands = a basic picture. 10,000 = reliable positional breakdown. 25,000+ = metrics like Won$WSF and WTSD are accurate. Under 2,000 hands = mostly variance.
What’s the first leak to look for?
Almost always: an outsized gap between VPIP and PFR (more than 5–7%). It marks hands entered passively (call without raise) — the most common leak among average regs.
    Are the tools mobile-friendly?
Yes. Most tools are accessible via the platform’s mobile app, including the Replayer and the Session Analyzer. Opponent Insights is optimized for small screens.
How do I get the Israeli-style support around this?
GGClub offers Hebrew and English support: how to read the reports, where to focus first, which leaks to fix first. Every club member can send a PokerCraft report to the team and get a weekly work map.
