People often use the word "agent" for the person who answers questions about a private poker club. That person is an independent club representative, not a verified or official representative of ClubGG, GGPoker or NSUS Group — no such certification is offered to clubs or to us. This page explains what such a contact can genuinely help with, what they cannot, and how to judge one before you trust them with anything.

A private club is run by people, and one of them usually handles new join requests and answers questions. That is the whole role. Calling it an "agent" is community habit, not a title granted by the app or its operator.
This club's contacts are our own support team. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of ClubGG, GGPoker or NSUS Group, and we cannot act on your platform account.
They have no influence over cards, shuffles or results. Anyone offering "help" with outcomes, a guaranteed win rate or inside information is describing a fraud, not a club contact.
They also cannot change platform rules, restore a hand, sell you an official product from the operator, or promise anything about money moving. The app is presented by its operator as a play-with-friends product; anything financial between members sits outside the platform, is not operated or guaranteed by ClubGG or GGPoker, and is subject to local law.
Look for a consistent identity across channels over time rather than a fresh account. Ask for the club rules in writing and see whether the answer is specific. Ask who runs the club and check whether other members can be contacted independently rather than through screenshots a stranger sends you.
Be careful with anyone who needs an answer immediately, avoids writing anything down, or asks for a fee simply to look at a join request. Our club does not charge anything for reviewing or approving one.
Urgency, refusal to put terms in writing, changing the rules after the fact, requests to move to a channel with no history, any promise of guaranteed profit, and any request for your password or account access. None of these have an innocent explanation.
Claims of being "verified", "official" or "certified" by ClubGG, GGPoker or NSUS Group are themselves a warning sign, because that status does not exist.
