First, install the client and create a platform account with a real email address or phone number. Use details you control, because recovery later depends on them.

Second, enter the club ID of the club you want to join and send the membership request. From that point the decision is human: a manager sees your request in the club's queue and accepts or declines it.

During a club's active hours, a few minutes is normal. Outside them, expect it to wait until someone is at a keyboard. If a full day passes with no response and no reply to a message, treat that as information about the club rather than a technical fault.

Contacting the club directly before or alongside the request almost always speeds this up, because the manager can match a name to the request instead of approving a stranger.

A serious club is filtering for age, duplicate accounts and obvious bot or multi-accounting patterns. It protects the players already at the tables, so a slightly careful process is a good sign rather than a bad one.

The most common reasons for a decline are a duplicate account, an incomplete profile, or the club simply being at capacity for the stakes you asked about. None of those are permanent; ask which one applies.

Membership gives you visibility of the club's tables and tournaments, access to its schedule and its support channel, and eligibility for its leaderboards and promotions.

It does not include a balance, a bonus or a guarantee of anything. Anyone selling "premium membership", "VIP approval" or a faster queue in exchange for a payment is not describing how the platform works.
