ClubGG on a Tablet — Download and Setup Guide

Open the App Store, search for the ClubGG poker app and install it exactly as you would any other app. The iPad build is the same client as the iPhone build and scales to the larger screen, so the table graphics stay sharp rather than stretched.

Never install a "modified", "unlocked" or side-loaded version. Poker clients handle real balances, and a repackaged build is the single most common way accounts get compromised. If a link does not end at Apple's own domain, do not use it.

On tablets with Google Play, install from Play. On devices without Play services — some Huawei and Amazon tablets — the official APK from the platform's own download page is the fallback. You will need to allow installation from that source once in system settings, then switch it back off.

Check available storage before you start and keep the tablet on a stable Wi-Fi connection during the first launch, which downloads table assets. A dropped connection mid-session at a cash table is treated the same as a disconnection at any other device.

Switch to landscape, turn on four-colour decks if you play Omaha, and enable bet-size shortcuts so you are not dragging a slider under a time bank. On a 10-inch screen, the default layout leaves enough room for a two-table view; below that, single-tabling is the honest limit.

Turn on the confirmation prompt for all-in actions. Touch screens misfire, and a mis-tap on a tablet costs a stack in a way that a mis-click on a desktop rarely does.

The desktop client is still the right tool for volume: more tables, a proper hand history viewer and a keyboard for notes. The phone is for one table while you are away from home. The tablet sits between them and is the best single-device compromise for most recreational players.

Whichever device you use, the account is the same. You can start a session on a tablet and continue on a desktop; you simply cannot be seated at the same table from two devices at once.
